We have small ear canals and were surprised by how much of the hearing aid stuck out, since it was designed for minimal visibility. After speaking with customer service, we tried smaller-sized domes, but we struggled to get them on and off.

Again, this is a drawback with OTC hearing aids. There’s no in-person support, so you have to figure things out on your own. Luckily, after a few tries, we got the smaller domes on. The sound was clear and crisp across all channels.
