Notre Dame is keeping a close eye on 2028 quarterback prospect Lukas Prock after his impressive sophomore season at Princeton (N.J.) The Hun School. Prock, a four-star recruit, completed 226 of 309 passes for 4,330 yards and 42 touchdowns, earning him a spot on the Rivals 2025 High School Football Sophomore All-America Team and the title of New Jersey Player of the Year. His talent has already attracted interest from several top-tier programs, including Ohio State, Boston College, Rutgers, Illinois, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, and Vanderbilt.
Rivals ranks Prock as the 74th overall player and 7th quarterback in the 2028 class, and he has already visited Notre Dame twice, participating in a prospect camp in June and attending the USC game in October. During his visit, Prock expressed his positive experience, highlighting the game day atmosphere and his interactions with the recruiting staff, including position coach Gino Guidugli.
If Notre Dame were to offer Prock, it would be a significant development in his recruitment, as he considers it a top priority. Prock's outstanding performance against top-level competition, including teams like Archbishop Spalding (Md.), The St. James Academy (Md.), St. Frances Academy (Md.), The First Academy, and IMG Academy, further solidifies his status as a highly sought-after prospect.
